Welcome to “Leading With Change,” an immersive course designed to equip you with the Motivational Intelligence (MQ) necessary for driving organisational transformation and change. This course is structured into four comprehensive sessions, blending in-person masterclasses, interactive group discussions, and virtual sessions to provide a multifaceted learning experience.

Particular emphasis on addressing the new business world’s challenges when implementing change, leading teams, and developing companies and teams in turbulent and transitional times. The change management portion of the course teaches participants how to define the proper team goals, translate them into actionable strategies/plans and communicate them in a way that encourages buy-in.
Throughout the course, particular emphasis is given to helping leaders raise motivational intelligence levels and foster a growth mindset within their team. An increasing body of evidence shows a direct correlation between motivational intelligence and human performance, particularly during rapid change.
