Andrew has had two highly successful careers – the first working for 12 years in Scottish local government (including 9 years at West Lothian Council) and his recent 15 years working in bidding. He holds an MSc (with distinction) in Housing Studies from the University of Stirling; is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and holds membership of both the Institute of Directors (he won their Director of the Year Award in 2018) and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
