Goals Setting What-Why-How Plan 

This is your second time setting a goal from the BGA programme; using the format above, let’s start setting goals for you and your business.

The following What-Why-How Plan exercise will consist of using one of your “Box 3” tasks (HPA). Pick one of your BOX 3 business tasks and use this to set a goal for the next 12 months and should be a different goal from last months goal process.
