The Pillars of Human Performance
Welcome to the journey of self-discovery and unlocking your unlimited potential. This session delves into the components that make up a motivational intelligent growth mindset and how lapses in these components can lead to organisational challenges.
We will also examine influential leaders and their common characteristics and introduce techniques and tools for coaching and mentoring teams. The Pillars of Human Performance will guide us as we explore what drives us, enables us to create or run from our vision, and what it takes to be a great manager and leader.
The only thing that evolution cares about is the survival of the species. That’s why evolution shaped who we are today; it’s always about the survival of the species; it’s also the same reason our brains evolved, to keep us alive and to help us survive.
Motivational Intelligence is essential to the Pillars of Human Performance because it drives all success and failure. It is the foundation upon which the other pillars rest.
By understanding our motivations and those of others, we can better harness our energy and drive towards achieving our goals. Motivational Intelligence helps us to identify and pursue our passions, set meaningful goals, and remain resilient in the face of challenges.
It also allows us to foster emotional Intelligence by increasing our self-awareness and empathy towards others.
Ultimately, Motivational Intelligence can help us to achieve balance across all four pillars, leading to a more fulfilling and successful life.
By developing our Motivational Intelligence, we can unlock our full potential and become the best version of ourselves.
