During this session, we will examine the concept of Leadership, debunk common misconceptions, and provide a clear definition to assist you throughout the course. Additionally, we will delve into the three-tier hierarchy of success and offer guidance on how leaders can consistently influence MQ (motivational intelligence) through five key actions.
As a manager or leader, you may have noticed that even with the most effective plans, processes, and strategies, team success is not always guaranteed. This is because not all team members will embrace new ideas or changes unless they are confident in their ability to achieve the desired results.

SESSION 6 WORK ASSIGNMENT: Creating your Leadership task, strengths, and weaknesses
- Make a list of all the Leadership tasks you spend time on each week.
- Estimate approximately how much time you spend on each leadership task each week.
- Estimate approximately how much time you spend on each leadership task each week.
- What are your real strengths as a Leader?
- What are your weaknesses or areas where you could be better? What areas would you like to work on to be an even stronger Leader?
- Write A personal self-reflection of current Leadership strengths and weaknesses. 200 words written or oral essay on the above (can be recorded on video)
