  1. Review and discussion on management strengths and weaknesses:
    • Group discussion and individual presentations of findings.

  2. Define leadership

  3. Dispel the myth that the ability to lead is born to some but not to others.

  4. Introduce the concept of “The Willingness To Invest Genuinely.” 

  5. The importance of feedback, reflection and listening with intent

  6. The Success hierarchy

Your work assignments for Session 5 are as follows: Creating your Leadership task, strengths, and weaknesses.

  1. Make a list of all the Leadership tasks you spend time on each week.
    Estimate approximately how much time you spend on each leadership task each week.

  2. What are your real strengths as a Leader?

  3. What are your weaknesses or areas where you could be better? What areas would you like to work on to be an even stronger Leader?

  4. Write A personal reflection and assessment of current Leadership strengths and weaknesses. 150 words written or oral essay on the above (can be recorded on video)

  5. Complete your LEADERSHIP Development Action Plan.
