Welcome to Management Means
Managing with Motivational Intelligence
A Short message from our Managing Director
James Fleming
The transition into management is rarely straightforward. It asks more of you than technical skill, experience, or getting through the task list. It asks you to lead yourself well, respond well under pressure, build trust, create clarity, and help others perform at their best.
That is exactly what this programme is designed to help you do.
Managing with MQ is not a stereotypical leadership and management course. This is a practical, engaging and reflective development journey built around the science of Motivational Intelligence, MQ. It is designed to help managers strengthen how they think, lead, and act, especially when expectations are high, time is tight, and the pressure is real.
At the heart of this programme is a simple but powerful belief. Great management is not built by chance. It is built through awareness, practice and consistency.
What exactly is Motivational Intelligence?

–
Our MQ Framework is grounded in four core pillars of high-performance MQ leadership and management:
Throughout the programme, you will explore the four pillars of Motivational Intelligence, MQ:
1- Vision
Creating clarity around the kind of manager you want to be and the standards you want to set.
2- Unlimited Potential
Strengthening belief in your own growth and in the growth of the people around you.
3- Ultimate Responsability
Owning your thoughts, actions, standards and follow-through.
4- Adaptability
Responding constructively to change, challenge and pressure.
This programme will help you move beyond surface-level management habits. You will learn how to create more clarity, improve ownership, lead with greater consistency, handle challenges more effectively, and build a management approach rooted in trust, performance and Motivational Intelligence, MQ.
Most importantly, the more you are willing to lean into the programme, the more you will get out of it.
If you are open, honest and willing to reflect, practise and apply what you learn, this programme can create real change in the way you manage.
